Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix
It’s almost time for giving! Here’s an easy and scrummy recipe for hot chocolate mix that’s perfect for “drive-by” giving like your dentist, postman, etc. Put a big tin of it in a basket with Christmas mugs and baked goodies and you’ve got a unique gift. Include the recipe card so they can make it again.

Red Pepper Pesto
Here’s a recipe I use to top bruschetta or serve with angel hair pasta and shrimp. Or try toasting some good crusty French bread slices spread with equal parts mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese before spreading a dollop of red pepper pesto on top. I’ve put it on a recipe card for your enjoyment.

Marinade for Pork Tenderloin
1 ½ Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. each soy sauce and wine
2 tsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. each ketchup and salt
Marinate at least one hour.
