A Legend is gone

Julia Child, author of “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” and host of one of the first cooking shows, died at 91 today in her sleep.
I chose the culinary field as a career because of this woman. I’m sure she has been an inspiration to countless others, too.
I feel as if I’ve lost a mentor.
