Kendall College Visit


While in Chicago, ProStart teachers were invited to an awards luncheon at Kendall College.
The tasting buffet they had for us was not only well-presented, but also delicious.
Here are some bruschetta, grapes wrapped in bleu cheese and pistachios, and marinated mussels.

Very nice shot of the buffet . . . That afternoon was definitely a delightful lunch and chef's demonstration.
